Keith has spent 24 years working in the automotive industry, two of them working with us at Wrench! When he was younger, he would work on cars with his dad and brother.

"I used to help my dad at his gas station when I was really little. Then when he moved, I worked on cars with my brother. We used to fix our cars or friend's cars and it was a lot of fun."

His favorite memory was back in 1991 when he decided to swap the motor in his '66 Chevy pickup truck. Keith says he was supposed to go hang out with his friends but wanted a challenge. None of his friends thought it would work, but he succeeded!

Since Keith has been working with us for 2 years, we asked him what he likes the most about working for Wrench. He had a hard time picking one single thing that he liked the most and ended up saying he likes it all! He thinks the overall treatment that technicians get from Wrench is far better than other experiences he has had.

"A lot of places will promise technicians the world, but then they don't deliver that promise. Wrench  delivers. I actually thought it was too good to be true."

Keith likes how he doesn't feel rushed to complete get to a job. The only time he ever feels rushed is when he gets stuck in traffic! If he happens to be running late due to traffic or another unavoidable reason, he lets Wrench know so they can contact his customers.

"Wrench actually fixes the problem rather than pointing fingers."
