This was a great experience all round. I had left my car at home with a key in a lock box while I was at work, and Boris was very good at communicating his access to the vehicle and completed the brake service and replacement quickly and with high quality work. Alonzo knows Foreign cars. He was personable, communicated clearly and followed all necessary safety precautions in this pandemic. He identified the issues on my Audi A6, which is going to result in some more work to fix. We started on the wrong foot due to Wrench rescheduling the time, but not informing Alonzo of the changed time which caused a confusion, but once that was clarified, it was all good. I would definitely request him for completing the remaining fixes on my car.

Benjamin helped on our 2001 Camry in getting the hood open since one of the component parts had rusted. In addition, he was able to diagnose an issue with the alternator which we plan to have serviced next week. As for Ben, if I could give 10 stars I would. This is the second time we have used Wrench to repair our Highlander for a different issue. Brandon was our mechanic this time. Brandon is a really good guy. He’s very competent and well educated in automotive repair. ASE certified and a Master Mechanic designation.I have done minor repairs on our cars for decades so I know the basics. Brandon clearly is operating on a high level of competence and I could see that as he diagnosed the over heating issues. He found other issues that I had thought was only related to the water pump. Brandon replaced the water pump, timing belts, radiator (he found it was decaying), thermostat and hoses. He did an excellent job. Brandon kept me informed during the repairs and his detailed report when he was finished was greatly appreciated. No surprises. He did everything he said he would. He even degreased the engine. He has pride in his workmanship. We will definitely use Wrench again and I will request Brandon. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Very satisfied.
