Ken has been working in the automotive industry for a very long time. His first professional hire was back in 1984, giving him plenty of time to develop his skills and gain a lot of knowledge about vehicles. Before he started working in the automotive industry, he spent a lot of time drag racing with his dad. For Ken, these moments with his dad are what got him interested in cars. Here at Wrench, we are very thankful that he had these experiences because we got a great technician out of it!

Since Ken started working with Wrench about 5 years ago, he has had a lot of interesting service calls. However, one of his most memorable service calls was to a regular customer. A 74-year-old woman always books an appointment and requests Ken because she really enjoys his company. "She calls just to talk as I am checking her concerns. Yes, it has been legitimate 80% of the time, but I really love her stories," he recalls. Ken believes this is memorable for him because of the fact that he gets to talk one-on-one with our customers. "Where else can you talk with your mechanic as he's working and physically show you the problem?"
