Ken has been working in the automotive industry for a very long time. His first professional hire was back in 1984, giving him plenty of time to develop his skills and gain a lot of knowledge about vehicles. Before he started working in the automotive industry, he spent a lot of time drag racing with his dad. For Ken, these moments with his dad are what got him interested in cars. Since Ken started working with Wrench about 5 years ago, he has had a lot of interesting service calls. However, one of his most memorable service calls was to a regular customer.
