For this month’s technician spotlight, we’d like to feature Ken, who is a technician in our Portland market.  Ken’s love for the automotive world started young, growing up on the drag strip with his dad racing and eventually moving on to get his first job at a dealership in 1977. He had always planned to pursue a career as an automotive technician, and Ken says his favorite thing about the work is the “satisfaction of a job well done, because when something is broken you get to fix it and see the customer appreciation first hand.”

Another thing Ken enjoys about being apart of the Wrench team is meeting the customers on a more personal level and getting to learn everyone’s unique story. When asked what sets him apart from others in the field, Ken assures that his old school honesty is what makes him shine. And his one piece of advice for Wrench customers? Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance!
