This week we are highlighting our Seattle technician, Ian H. Ian has been working in the automotive industry for about 12 years, the last 1.5 years with Wrench. When he was younger, he didn't have a specific moment where he became interested in cars. Looking back, he has always been interested in them. When he was in 2nd or 3rd grade, he can remember standing on the sidewalk with a friend calling out the make and model of cars driving by before they passed. From that point on, it went from a little game to more of an obsession. Don't believe us? Just ask his wife!

This service can avoid major headaches and provide information to the potential buyer about all kinds of things that might get overlooked during the process of buying the car."

How To Book An Appointment With One Of Our Automotive Technicians

We will be able to help you set up your appointment so you can get back on the road as soon as possible. To get the information we need to properly prepare for your appointment, we will ask you a couple of questions about your car and its needs.
First, we will need to know what kind of car you have. We will ask you for the year, make, and model as well as the VIN and license plate number. This will help us match you up with a mobile mechanic that has experience with your specific kind of vehicle, especially if it is a classic or exotic vehicle. We will also use this information to order the correct parts if you need a service that requires a replacement of any kind.
Then we will need to know what service your car needs. Some car owners know exactly what our mechanic needs to do whether that be a windshield wiper blade replacement or a battery replacement. If you aren't sure what service your car needs, we can perform a diagnostic check in which our mobile mechanic will figure out what is wrong and work with you to come up with a good solution.
