William has always been surrounded by cars as he is a second-generation automotive technician. When he was very young, his family moved to Mississippi where his father opened his own repair shop. He grew up in Mississippi and learned a lot from helping his dad.
Fast forward to today, William moved to San Antonio, Texas with his wife after she got a job offer of a lifetime. Then he learned about Wrench, applied to work with us, and got the job! William was added to our team the first week of April in 2021.

William says helping customers like this elementary school teacher gives him a real sense of purpose.
